Parking
Terms and Conditions for Parking Application form.
1. On registration the full yearly fee is payable to secure parking.
2. The client shall not have a specified parking bay.
3. The above stated vehicle registration number(s) will have access to the specified parking area, one vehicle at a time.
4. The vehicle sticker provided to the client shall be displayed on the windscreen.
5. Random checks will be conducted by the Hellenic Community of Pretoria, should a vehicle not display the provided sticker or should a non-registered vehicle registration number be located in the specified parking area, two warnings will be issued by notice and finally the vehicle will be towed from the premises.
6. Should the client not need the parking space for the full year, it is the client’s responsibility, to sell this space in their own capacity.
7. The client is to inform the Hellenic Community of Pretoria’s office of this and the new client will have to register with us, failure to do so will bind the original client to this agreement.
8. The Hellenic Community of Pretoria shall not be held liable for electrical service interruptions.
9. All vehicles parked in the specified areas of our premises shall be parked at the sole risk of the owners thereof, the client hereby indemnifies the Hellenic Community of Pretoria against any liability, damages or claims resulting from parking in the said areas.
10. The Hellenic Community of Pretoria shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property, howsoever caused and the client indemnifies the Hellenic Community of Pretoria against any claim in this regard.

Dance
TERMS & CONDITIONS.
The Dance School hours will be as stipulated in the School timetable. The School runs with the
Public School holidays and there are a total of four terms. Members that are in arrears will be charged
as a non Member. Members that are up to date with account payments will be entitled to a 10%
(ten percent) discount if payment is made for the full year before the end of February. Payments
can be per term or monthly.
Payment method: EFT, credit card, cheque or cash. Banking Details: Bank of Athens, Account Name: Hellenic Community of Pretoria, Branch: Brooklyn, Branch Code: 410145, Account Number: 20000058503. Should you not be able to continue with Dance School lessons, ONE terms notice in writing should be addressed to the Council, only then will your account be adjusted. Pupils will abide by the rules set out by the Dance School teachers and the Hellenic Community of Pretoria. No food or drink will be allowed into dance hall and the use of cellular phones is strictly prohibited during dance classes. Vandalism will not be tolerated, any damaging or defacing of Community property or personal property, we reserve the right to claim damages from the pupil’s parents. All pupils will be required to participate in National Day celebrations held at the Community, and should costumes be used on the day all parents are responsible to see that they are returned in good order to the responsible dance teacher following a function. The Hellenic Community shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property, howsoever caused, and parents hereby indemnify the Hellenic Community against any claim in this regard.
