We hereby call for contractors who would be interested to tender for the renovations to the HCP Hall. The contractors interest must be submitted via email to hcp@telkomsa.net not later than 17:00 on 13th May 2016. The interested parties will be handed a tender document at 09:00 on the 17th May 2016 at a compulsory site meeting, 57 Lynnwood Road and Roper Streets. The entrance is from Brooks Street:
The work entails renovation to the existing double storey hall
The work consists of the following:
1) New steel columns and beams in place of the existingbrick walls and columns. The existing slab are to be propped up during the erection of the new steel columns and beams
2) Enlarge toilets into existing duct area including new concrete roof over extended area
3) All floors are to be replaced with new Union and marble tiles
4) The sanitary fitting to be replaced with new fittings
5) Walls and ceilings are to be cleaned down and painted
6) All windows and doors on the front facade are to be replaced with new aluminium windows and doors
7) The front facade are to be cladded with Alucabond cladding
8) Move existing bar counter to new position
